A nonrefundable 1/3 deposit
will hold your date. Another nonrefundable 1/3 is due
half-way between the booking
date and the date of your event. The balance is due 14 days
before your event.

Marriage License Info
Marriage In Georgia
You can be married in a day in Georgia! There is no waiting period or blood test required to obtain a marraige license. If you are both Georgia residents, you can obtain the marriage license in any Georgia county. If one of you is not a Georgia resident, the license must be obtained in the county where you are to be married. Tybee Island is located in Chatham County and the license can be purchased at the Chatham County Courthouse during business hours on weekdays. If either one of you has been divorced within the last six months, you will need a certified copy of the divorce decree. Click below for more info.

Beach Weddings on Tybee Island
A permit from the City of Tybee Island is required to have a wedding on the beach, even if only the couple is in attendence. We will obtain the permit on your behalf.
